How to USE

            To active, please flex the metal disc inside the pack once or twice. When activated, liquid inside will start to warm up and turn into solid. Massage the pack to make it softer and for longer lasting temperature.

        You asked how to REUSE? 

                To reuse, simply wrap it with cloth and place in boiling water for around 6 to 10 minutes. The solid will turn into clear solid. Remove the pack from the pot by using a tong to avoid getting scaled.
