The Hot and Cold Compress for Ankel application

[Using time]

You can use it to ease the uncomfortable feeling when you twisted your ankel and there's swellingness, alternatively, also for sports injury and ease redness after surgery .  

[Using effect]

Ice compress can prevent the injured area from inflammation, ease the joint pain;  

Hot compress can promote the blood circulation and increase your energy.

[How to use]

• Cold compress: Put it into the freezer for two hours then put it into the cloth bag provided and ice on the ankel. Furthermore, after your surgery, you can apply the cold compress for ten minutes, take rest for five minutes then reapply, until your wound has no inflammation.  

B. Hot compress: Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds or in boiling water for 3 minutes, then it is ready to use Please be sure there is no inflammation when you use it.
